Cryotherapy - whole body
Whole-body cryotherapy is a method during which the body is exposed to extremely low temperatures (-110 °C to -170 °C) in a special “cryosauna”. Cryotherapy, among others, revitalizes, regenerates and rejuvenates the body, accelerates convalescence after injuries, contributes to the treatment of backache, inflammations and rheumatism, obesity, orange peel skin and multiple sclerosis. It also helps to prevent depression and mental overload.
Contraindication: allergies to cold, heart failures, disorders of blood circulation in extremities, stroke, high blood pressure, oncological problems, tuberculosis
