What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your room is ready from 14:00 and should be vacated by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with reception in advance for a surcharge of 50% of the room rate for one night. You can leave your luggage at reception.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has its own car park: 50 outdoor spaces at 250 CZK and 60 spaces in the underground garage at 300 CZK (per car per night). Spaces cannot be booked in advance and are subject to availability. There is a charging station for electric cars in the Blue House (for a fee).
Can I bring my dog or another pet?
Yes, by prior arrangement when you book. The charge is 560 CZK per night. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, cafés or wellness areas.
Are the pool and sauna included in the price?
Yes. Hotel guests can use the pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and Kneipp path free of charge. You will find the opening hours on the Spa & Wellness Centre page.
How far is it to the centre of Karlovy Vary?
The hotel is set among greenery about 2 km from the centre. Guests on a spa stay travel free of charge on city bus line no. 2 to the spa zone; other guests buy their own ticket.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is 50 CZK per person per night and is paid at the hotel.
