Detox programme

We all know it – after a week packed with work duties, a weekend to relax is often not enough. Even when we try to rest and, for example, go for a bike ride, it’s still not enough, as if we still need something more to revive us. It is therefore not surprising that over the years our bodies become burdened with large amounts of harmful substances that keep accumulating. Although our bodies can handle some of the toxins through detoxifying organs such as the liver, kidneys, lungs, skin and lymphatic system, these organs cannot work properly if we do not help to cleanse the body from time to time.
