More than six months ago Karlovy Vary hosted the finals of the Women`s World Basketball Championship. Czech basketball players performed very well at the championship and fought their way to the finals, thus proving that they equal the world`s leading teams.
On May 27 - 29, 2011 Karlovy Vary will host the International Women`s Basketball Tournament attended by the teams of the Czech Republic, Russia, Poland and Latvia. The Spa Resort Sanssouci is proud to be a partner hotel providing accommodation for all the participating teams.
